To search for federal jobs visit www.USAJOBS.gov. Search for jobs of interest and register to apply. Once registered you can store you resumes online and modify them so that you can apply for other jobs that open up down the road.
Code generators would seem to be quite a vehicle for reductions. Possibly contractors more than government employees.
