The referenced article had some great points to consider, both pros and cons. The effort to streamline the application process is commendable. My last federal application for a senior management position was 90 pages long! The new two-page resume format along with other improvements is a step in the right direction. As with many changes, there will be speed bumps along the way but overall, the effort has merit.
