Frinstance, what about this OMB memo? I have not seen anything else about it beyond reporting on the original report from Politico. The text of the alleged “draft” memo includes a lot of political posturing that I doubt even this administration would put in there. Even more confusing, one former official opined that it would be extremely difficult to carry out such a RIF during a shutdown. Finally, nobody has said what programs at what agencies might be affected.
Has anyone seen anything more about this OMB draft memo that was reported by Politico?
