An Executive Order was signed this week directing the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to reform, reducing this country’s dependence on foreign technologies, decreasing regulatory barriers, and supporting America’s domestic nuclear industry. This reorganization and change of focus will create many new federal nuclear safety inspectors, and for those with nuclear security clearances.
