OPM Delivering Benefit Booklets for Retirees

Federal retirees can now download their benefit booklets on demand, bypassing the delays of requesting printed copies by phone and reducing agency printing costs. Hard copy paper versions, often referred to as the Blue Book, can still be requested by phone. This initiative builds upon the larger effort to modernize the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) services.
