The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) issued the final rule regarding Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) dependent verification. Under the Rule (91 Fed. Reg. 32,875), federal employees, retirees, and Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) enrollees must now provide documentation verifying a family member’s eligibility when they are added to a health plan.
