The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) expanded the authority of all executive branch federal agencies to use agency-specific Deferred Resignation Programs (DRPs). Several major departments and agencies have initiated targeted, agency-specific DRP offers. They include OPM, the Department of War (DoW), the Department of the Interior (DOI), the EPA, Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Department of Transportation (DOT), which have implemented renewed, localized DRP offerings for select eligible offices.
