The Department of Education (ED) announced [new interagency agreements](https://www.ed.gov/about/news/press-release/us-department-of-education-announces-additional-partnerships-strengthen-coordination-individuals-disabilities-programs-bolster-civil-rights) partnering with Health and Human Services (HHS) for special education/rehabilitative services, and the Department of Justice (DOJ) for civil rights and student privacy enforcement.
