# OPM’s Announces Broader Access to their AI-Powered USA Class HR Tool

This [Tool](https://www.opm.gov/news/news-releases/opm-expands-access-to-ai-powered-tool-1/) is designed to streamline hiring, reduce bottlenecks in classification and job posting processes, and automates the creation of position descriptions (PDs). USA Class functionality, training, and implementation support will begin rolling out to USA Staffing users in early May.
