This is long overdue. My last federal style resume for an upper management position was 90 pages long! The typical Federal Style Resume was anywhere from 5 to 10 pages or more for anyone who had been in the workforce for more than 5 years. The lengthy Knowledge, Skill, and Ability statements were unwieldly and cumbersome to write. Plus, it was difficult for those rating the applications to read through the volumes of supporting data required by the old application system.
