# A payment of $90 per Medicare Enrollee on the Way

This one-time payment is intended to help more than 20 million enrollees pay for their Medicare Part B premiums. [Most Medicare Part B enrollees are eligible](https://www.whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/2026/10/fact-sheet-president-donald-j-trump-announces-medicare-improvement-fund-payments-for-seniors/) for the payments, except for those whose premiums are already paid by Medicaid or who pay an Income-Related Monthly Adjustment Amount.
